Vuala Nero d'Avola

Vualà Nero d'Avola is a vibrant red wine made from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes. It features a garnet hue with purple edges and offers aromas of ripe red fruits like cherries and raspberries, along with subtle floral notes. The palate is smooth with soft tannins, balanced acidity, and a harmonious, persistent finish. The wine is made with hand-harvested grapes, with 50% aged in 225-litre barriques and the other 50% in stainless steel tanks for two months. It is then bottle-matured for an additional two months to refine its flavours. Perfect food pairings for this wine include roast meats, mature cheeses, and dishes with mushrooms.
