Von Buhl Bone Dry Riesling

Von Buhl Bone Dry Riesling is a dry German Riesling from the Pfalz region, made by the historic Reichsrat von Buhl estate. It’s fermented bone‑dry (very little residual sugar) to showcase pure Riesling fruit and vibrant acidity, with bright aromas and flavours of citrus (grapefruit, lime), stone fruit (peach, apricot) and a hint of mineral/flint character, finishing crisp and refreshing with good length. This wine is an excellent example of cool‑climate Riesling’s energetic style, pairing beautifully with seafood, salads or lighter Asian dishes, and works well as an aperitif too.
