Tellus Pomerol 2015

An elegant and mature Bordeaux with aromas of black cherry, plum and blackberry, layered with notes of cedar, tobacco, truffle and subtle spice. The palate is rich and velvety, with silky tannins, fresh acidity and a beautifully balanced structure that adds depth and complexity. Refined and savoury, it finishes long and graceful, with earthy notes emerging as the wine evolves in the glass. Pairs beautifully with roast lamb, beef fillet, duck and mature hard cheeses.
