The bright, juicy and all around ebullient Rosé Secco from Ulli Stein is Pinot Noir in its most playful form. Lovely berry fruit, minerals and spice are interwoven and held aloft by the jubilant bubbles. It's got that upfront fruit that we want, allied with some savouriness and ample acidity.
