Domaine Jean-Baptiste Senat Arbalète et Coquelicots

Cherry-red in the glass. Scents of red berries, violets and sweet spices. On the palate, generously fruity with a slight spice and pronounced minerality. Only natural yeasts are used and the wines see no fining or filtration and only tiny amounts of sulphur are used in the cave. The Arbalète and Coquelicots is a blend of 70% Grenache, 15% Cinsault and 15% Carignan from vines in the Minervois AOC and spends 6 months in oak barrels.
