Rue du Sorbier Brut NV Champagne - A.Levasseur

The Rue du Sorbier Brut NV from the A. Levasseur estate is made with 80% Pinot Meunier, 15% Pinot Noir, and 5% Chardonnay, all grown in the villages of Cuchery, Fleury-la-Rivière, and Châtillon-sur-Marne. Fresh apple flavours and a nutty quality are backed up with a red fruit character from the Pinot Meunier.
