Riesling Trocken Selbach Oster Old Vines

Selbach-Oster Riesling Trocken is a dry white wine from the Mosel region of Germany, crafted entirely from Riesling grapes. It opens with bright aromas of green apple, citrus peel, and wet slate, typical of the Mosel’s steep, slate-rich vineyards. On the palate, it’s crisp and linear, with notes of lime, grapefruit, and subtle herbs, supported by vibrant acidity and a mineral-driven finish. This wine shares stylistic similarities with other dry Rieslings we stock, such as those from Rheingau or Pfalz, though Mosel expressions like this tend to be more delicate and racy. It’s excellent with sushi, Thai dishes, or light pork recipes.
