Nautilus Albarino

Nautilus Estate Albariño is a white wine produced in the Marlborough region of New Zealand. It is made from 100% Albariño grapes, a variety originally from Spain that is known for its aromatic and fresh character. The grapes are usually fermented in stainless-steel tanks to preserve bright fruit flavours and natural acidity. The wine typically shows aromas of citrus, white peach, jasmine, and melon. On the palate it is crisp, refreshing, and medium-bodied. Flavours often include lemon, stone fruit, and a slight mineral or saline note. The balanced acidity gives the wine a clean and lively finish. Nautilus Albariño usually has around 12.5–13% alcohol. It pairs very well with seafood, grilled fish, prawns, and light salads. Overall, it is a fresh, aromatic, and modern New Zealand expression of the Albariño grape.
