Fantastic value, Blanc de Blancs (100% chardonnay) Champagne. Blended to perfection and expressing the disctinct qualities of the terroir from which its grapes derive. Vindey evokes aromatic intensity of stone fruits and white flowers meanwhile Montgueux provides powerful minerality and round complexity. Contrary to most of the Gonet family’s cuvées, this wine has not been aged for many years. They have been working to show the fresh and delicate aromas that can be achieved by blending younger wines from Vindey and Montgueux.
