M by Saint-Maur Côtes de Provence Cru Classé

A beautifully elegant Provençal rosé from Château Saint-Maur, made predominantly from Grenache, Cinsault and Grenache Gris. Delicate aromas of ripe peach, pink grapefruit, wild strawberries and white flowers lead to a fresh, silky palate with bright citrus, subtle red-berry fruit and a gentle mineral character. Refined and beautifully balanced, with a crisp finish and the freshness to make it wonderfully versatile. Excellent with grilled fish, seafood, salads, Provençal vegetables, sushi and lighter Mediterranean dishes.
