Lustau Vermut Rojo

Lustau Vermut Rojo is a rich, complex Spanish red vermouth crafted in Jerez. It's made by blending two of Lustau’s sherries: sweet Pedro Ximénez and dry Amontillado, then infused with a secret mix of botanicals including wormwood, gentian, and orange peel. The result is deep mahogany in colour with aromas of raisins, spices, and citrus. On the palate, it’s smooth and bittersweet, with notes of dried fruit, baking spice, and a lightly bitter finish. Enjoy it over ice with an orange twist, or paired with charcuterie and aged cheeses.
