Lustau East India Solera Sherry

Lustau East India Solera Sherry is a rich and indulgent sherry blend inspired by the style of wines historically shipped on long sea voyages. Made from a combination of aged Oloroso and Pedro Ximénez, it’s matured further in a solera system to harmonise its deep, complex flavours. The result is a mahogany-hued sherry with aromas of raisins, figs, toffee, and sweet spice. On the palate, it is velvety and full-bodied, with layers of dried fruit, molasses, and roasted nuts, balanced by a gentle sweetness and a long, warming finish. A wonderful match for blue cheeses, chocolate desserts, or enjoyed slowly on its own after a meal.
