Krone Borealis Cuvée Brut Cap Classique is a South African sparkling wine made in the traditional method from Chardonnay (67%), Pinot Noir (27%), and a touch of Pinot Blanc (6%). Fresh fruit dominates over heavy brioche notes, with aromas of green apple, pear, and a hint of sea breeze salinity. Aged on lees for 12 months and hand-turned in an underground cellar, it delivers a creamy texture, riper red apple flavours, and a crisp, salted caramel finish.
