From the sun-drenched vineyards of the southern Rhône, La Galetière is a textbook blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, grown on the region’s signature galet-strewn soils. These rounded pebbles trap heat by day and release it at night — a quiet force behind this wine’s depth and warmth. In the glass, it’s all ripe black cherry, plum, and a dusting of black pepper. There’s a touch of wild herb — garrigue, if you’re feeling French — and a savoury note that gives it just the right rustic edge. On the palate, it’s medium-bodied, smooth and supple, with fine tannins and a gently spiced finish. A proper Rhône red — honest, balanced, and quietly confident. Perfect with grilled lamb, charcuterie, or a well-earned midweek stew.
