Fabula de Paniza Garnacha Blanca

Garnacha Blanca, Fábula de Paniza (also available as Paniza Fábula de Paniza Garnacha Blanca) is an easy‑drinking Spanish white wine from the Cariñena D.O.P. in Aragón made from 100 % Garnacha Blanca grapes. It’s a fresh, dry white with elegant citrus and white‑flower aromatics, a touch of subtle minerality, and lively herbal and pear notes on the palate — typical of this indigenous Spanish variety — with a balanced 12–12.5 % alcohol and bright acidity. This style of wine is best enjoyed young and chilled, and it pairs wonderfully with smoked fish, soft cheeses, rice and pasta dishes thanks to its freshness and clean, fruit‑led character.
