Fabula de Paniza Carinena

Fábula de Paniza Cariñena is an easy‑drinking Spanish red wine from the Cariñena D.O.P. in Aragon, Spain, made primarily from the Carignan (Cariñena) grape. It typically shows intense ruby colour with aromas of wild strawberries, blackberries and subtle herbal or spice notes, and on the palate it is balanced with good acidity and firm, ripe tannins, making it both fresh and pleasantly structured. At around 13.5% alcohol, it’s versatile with food and pairs well with roasts, stews, seasoned rices or pasta dishes, and is generally best enjoyed young (drink now) rather than aged.
