Domaine Talmard Mâcon-Lugny “Les Genièvres” is a single-vineyard white Burgundy made from 100% Chardonnay, grown on limestone-rich soils in one of the best-exposed sites in Lugny. It offers a bright, expressive style with aromas of apple, pear, apricot, and citrus, complemented by subtle notes of blossom, hazelnut, and a gentle hint of toast. On the palate, it is fresh yet rounded, combining crisp acidity with a soft, creamy texture and a touch of minerality that adds structure and balance. Typically around 13.5% ABV, it’s an elegant but approachable wine that showcases the purity of unoaked or lightly handled Chardonnay, making it a great match for seafood, poultry, or light creamy dishes.
