Domaine Sève Mâcon Solutré-Pouilly is a white Burgundy from the Mâcon Solutré-Pouilly AOC in southern Burgundy made 100 % from Chardonnay grapes grown on clay-limestone soils around the village of Solutré-Pouilly, benefiting from the fine terroir near its more famous neighbour Pouilly-Fuissé; it’s typically unoaked or gently aged and offers fresh, fruit-forward aromas and flavours of citrus and orchard fruits with good minerality and balanced acidity, making it a versatile, approachable white to enjoy young with aperitifs, salads, grilled fish or goat cheese.
