Powerful and complex Chardonnay with notes of lime and a taut minerality on the nose, later opening up to pear and white fruits. On the palate, a very pronounced but structured acidity; refreshing, with a backdrop of white fruits, pear, green apple, and a rich, buttery structure. These notes are finely layered, revealing and completing one another. A slight effervescence and steely character. Medium finish.
