Côtes de Gascogne Domaine Guillaman Colombard-Sauvignon

The Colombard-Sauvignon Blanc blend is pale yellow with beautiful glints of green, and brilliantly clear. The most familiar blend in Côtes de Gascogne, this young wine is bright, vivid with herbal flavors and white currant acidity. The bouquet is exuberant with plenty of fruit (grapefruit, lychee, passion-fruit) and a hint of acacia.  The taste is well-rounded, quite full and very fresh, and there is a good follow-through from the bouquet.
