Domaine Didier Desvignes Fleurie

Didier Desvignes represents the latest generation of a family with deep roots in Beaujolais winemaking. He began learning the craft at the age of 10, pruning vines and joining family tastings, and in 1981 purchased his first vines in Morgon, founding Domaine du Calvaire de Roche-Grès.

This Fleurie is made from hand-harvested Gamay grapes, fermented whole bunch in temperature-controlled vats. It undergoes 8–9 days of carbonic maceration before maturing in stainless steel and cement vats. Clarified and filtered using traditional methods, the result is a delicate, expressive wine with bright red fruit and floral lift—classic Fleurie with freshness and finesse.
