Domaine d'Elise Petit Chablis is a dry white wine from the Petit Chablis appellation in Burgundy, France, made from 100 % Chardonnay and produced by the small estate Domaine d’Elise near the town of Chablis. It’s typically light‑ to medium‑bodied with bright citrus and green apple flavours, lively acidity and crisp minerality with subtle flinty or saline notes that reflect the cool climate and limestone soils of the region. This Petit Chablis is usually fermented in stainless steel and often aged briefly on the lees for a touch of added texture, making it refreshing and versatile with food like oysters, shellfish, grilled fish or soft cheeses.
