Cossetti Grignolino d'Asti

A pale, bright ruby red from a rare and characterful Piedmontese variety, showing intensely fruity red berry and floral aromas with a subtle herbal, wild-strawberry edge. Made only in stainless steel with no oak, it's light-bodied and well balanced, with the naturally seedy Grignolino grape lending fine, lively tannins rather than any weight. Delicious served with a slight chill in warmer months.
