From one of the family ranches owned by the late Jim Clendenen, this bottling from a Los Alamos vineyard pops with cranberry, mushroom and thyme on the umami-packed nose. Thyme and sagebrush are even more pronounced on the palate, where the tart cranberry and blistered tomato core meet with a smoked-meat flavor.
