Chateau de Mille Saint Lucide

Château de Mille Saint Lucide Luberon Blanc 2024 – A dry white from the historic Château de Mille estate in the Luberon AOC of Provence, made from a blend of Ugni Blanc, Clairette and Rolle (Vermentino) from old vines. It’s fermented with native yeasts and aged in a mix of concrete eggs, old oak demi-muids and stainless steel, showing vibrant aromas and flavours of white peach, pear, green apple and blood orange with floral and herbal notes, bright acidity and a textured, fresh palate that pairs beautifully with seafood, poultry or goat cheese.
