Chateau De Lussac - Lussac Saint-Emilion

A classic Right Bank blend of Merlot and Cabernet Franc, showing ripe blackberry and cassis fruit layered with violet, tobacco and a touch of toasty spice from careful oak ageing. The palate is fruity, elegant and racy, with fine-grained tannins, real minerality and a long, precise finish. Grown on the limestone plateau and clay-limestone slopes just north of the Saint-Émilion escarpment, it's a beautifully balanced expression of the appellation — structured enough for the cellar, but generous enough to enjoy now.
