It’s typically fresh, crisp and medium‑bodied with a pale straw colour and an aromatic profile featuring citrus fruits like lemon and grapefruit, tree fruit notes such as pear and peach, plus subtle floral and saline mineral hints that reflect its coastal terroir. On the palate it’s balanced with bright acidity and a touch of savoury, briny freshness, making it very food‑friendly, especially with seafood, shellfish, salads, and light Mediterranean dishes. It’s best enjoyed young and chilled to highlight its lively fruit and crisp character.
