Cabriz Espumante Natural Brut

A crystalline, traditional-method sparkling wine from Portugal’s Dão region, made entirely from native grapes: 40% Encruzado, 40% Bical, and 20% Malvasia Fina. Pale yellow in colour with a fine and persistent mousse, it bursts with citrus, white stone fruit, biscuit, and toasted cereal notes. On the palate, it’s fresh, fruity, and beautifully balanced with a vivid, crunchy finish.

This is a sparkling wine that shows Portugal’s potential beyond the usual suspects—no Chardonnay or Pinot here, just pure indigenous character. A fantastic aperitif, it also pairs beautifully with rich bites: caviar, sushi, pork belly, or even fish and chips.
