A blend of 60% Touriga Nacional, 20% Alfrocheiro, and 20% Alfrocheiro, it embodies the elegance and depth characteristic of the Dão region. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels—half new, half second-use—this wine reveals a tapestry of aromas: ripe red fruits, hints of spice, and subtle toasted notes. On the palate, it is fruity, soft, and balanced, culminating in a velvety finish that lingers gracefully. Ideal companions for this wine include mature cheeses, roasted duck, or dishes from Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian, or African cuisines.
