Bojador Vinho Tinto Alentejano is a dry red wine from the Alentejo region of Portugal, typically made from a blend of native grape varieties such as Aragonez (Tempranillo), Touriga Nacional and Trincadeira, vinified in stainless steel or concrete and often aged in French oak for several months. It shows medium‑ to full‑bodied structure with intense red and dark berry fruit aromas (like raspberry, blackberry and plum), soft, round tannins and a balanced acidity, sometimes with spice or chocolate undertones, reflecting the sunny, warm character of Alentejo. It’s an approachable, expressive red that pairs well with grilled meats, stews and hearty Mediterranean‑style dishes.
