Barbadillo Fino Sherry

Sourced from Jerez and crafted in Sanlúcar de Barrameda, this classic Fino is aged under flor—a natural layer of yeast that forms atop the wine, protecting it from oxidation while imparting its signature character. This traditional ageing takes place using the Solera system in Barbadillo’s historic cathedral-style cellars, where sherry has been made since 1821. Pale straw in colour, it opens with a crisp almond bouquet and delivers a bone-dry, refreshing palate with a delicate savoury edge. Light, lifted, and beautifully balanced, this Fino is perfect served chilled—either as an aperitif or alongside fish, cheese, or a spread of tapas. A true taste of Andalucía, with all the finesse and heritage of one of Spain’s most iconic bodegas.
