Barbadillo Blanco de Albariza is a bright, elegant white wine from Cádiz, poured in a soft straw-yellow hue with greenish highlights and a smooth, medium-bodied texture around 11.5 % ABV. It is crafted entirely from local Palomino Fino grapes cultivated on the distinctive chalky Albariza soils of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, lending vibrant salinity and a pronounced mineral backbone. The nose opens with crisp aromas of green apple, citrus blossoms, and delicate white florals, hinting at fresh herbs. On the palate, juicy notes of green apple, lemon, pear, and white peach intertwine with a taut, lively acidity and a subtle saline minerality that carries through to a clean, refreshing finish.
