Bailey Hills Rosé Brut

A vibrant, Pinot Meunier-dominant English sparkling rosé, bottle-fermented by the traditional method from a blend of 55% Pinot Meunier, 34% Pinot Noir and 11% Chardonnay. Two years on the lees brings bright summer berry flavours lifted by a hint of citrus, with subtle brioche notes adding depth beneath the fruit. A rare, limited-edition treasure from a small Hertfordshire estate.
