Ametzoi Txakoli

Ameztoi’s Txakolina is a bright, bracing white from the Basque coast, made from the native Hondarrabi Zuri grape. Pale yellow-green in the glass, it opens with fresh aromas of pear, green apple, and citrus. On the palate it’s dry and racy, with piercing acidity and saline minerality that make it a natural match for salty seafood dishes. Bottled with a touch of residual CO₂ for a gentle spritz, this is a light, crisp wine that speaks clearly of its Atlantic origins. From organically farmed vineyards overlooking the Bay of Biscay, Ameztoi continues a family tradition now in its seventh generation.
